    Blocker? No.
    Details: Where most cabalist curses can be purified, Curse of Nefario persists through purifying spells like Purify and Purify Burst.

    It has never been dispellable. You coulf dispel just Temna, Faustus and avara. But from last patch we have purify bugged and it doesn't dispel anymore confusion.
