Cursor color and size

I need to have a larger cursor and some control over color. It would be nice if we had some cursor size and shape selections. I continually lose the cursor because the light grey blends into the background. I would like it to be black in the normal mode and stay the same (green and red) for selection mode. This change request is a non brainer for the Ease of Use campaign.
