Cursor lock with Preston and Kinsey

    Details: When I try to talk to the NPCs, I cannot move my cursor and have to type in the responses.
    Steps to Reproduce: Walk up to the NPCs and use E key to start the conversation.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 16326
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 4072

    If I am in reticle/crosshair mode, this causes the cursor to be stuck and unable to use for conversations with NPCs.

    If I switch to cursor mode before starting the conversation, it seems to be resolved.

    I can also type in responses to move the quests forward and I am also able to turn in quest items as usual.
