    It looks like we are currently having issues receiving emails from addresses at qq.com. If you are trying to email support@portalarium.com from an address at that domain, it's very possible that ticket isn't getting through. We realize qq.com is a major domain in China, so we're working hard on finding a solution to properly receive your emails again.

    We recommend changing the email address on your account to one at a different domain. If that's not possible, you may PM me on the forums for customer support questions.

    Everyone else, keep sending emails instead of forum PMs to support@portalarium.com for all your support needs!
