Customizable Font/Color in UI -and/or- artifact color adjusts with tier

    Would be nice for customizable font/color in the UI - for example to set artifact color or color shade based on its tier.. but in the meantime (since that seems like a lot of work but once the UI is rolling along, please consider) .. could artifact color or shade of color change the greater the tier?
