Customizable Low XP Pool Warning

    Currently, I think if you get below 10k xp in either pool, you get a low XP icon on the HUD. I'm assuming this is still a thing, though I haven't seen it since my first month or so in the game. It would be nice to be able to customize the number at which the icon appears. So, if I never wanted to drop below x-million xp, I could set it at that number, then go play the game and allow skills to level up without having to keep checking my pool, as I'd see the icon pop up if I got below whatever amount I set it at.

    If we are customizing it, let us change it to something else like:
    - Nyancat flying through space
    - Star Wars TIE Fighter blowing up on a loop
    - Superman xray vision blowing through steel
    - Mongbats eating your soul
    - Guardian laughing at you.

    Since decay on death was removed, the warning icon is not needed and I have it turned off.
