    Yeah same here, still in my Journal. Did they possibly update it that we need to speak to someone again and it will clear?

    The "assist" keyword is incorrect for now and will be patched. You will need to speak with Cyannis again and get another copy of his report to turn in, which you will then be able to do using the "scout" keyword.

    I appear to have misplaced my report (quest item). Likely deleted it while doing some inventory clean-up. There appears to be no way to restart this quest? Is this intentional?

    Getting another report from Cyannis will be in an upcoming patch then (if you have completed the quest, but it is still in your Journal)?

    Yes - Cyannis' quest is still there (both the quest to find him, and the quest he gives to take his report to Godbert). No idea what happened to the report item, though. Been through inventory with a fine toothed comb.

    I have the report in my bag, but with word assist or scout Godbert don't take the report.
    With scout the message I receive is: "Please return with Knight Cyannis' report as soon as you are able"

    EDITED: To get a second report. Cyannis add second report, for this reason I have destroyed the report (that is strange because I thinking that is not possible with quest items ???). And he don't send second report after the destroy of first.

    I had this happening as well. I had the message that he gave the report to me but I could not find it and was unable to turn in. Gave it a day or so and went back to Cyannis and he gave me a new report. Was able to complete this time.
