    Title: Damage avoidance from shroud and bonesteel crown still apply with blessing of elusiveness.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The Blessing of Elusiveness has a -20 Damage Avoidance debuff but the damage avoidance from the Bonesteel Crown and the Shroud of the Avatar ignore this.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get the Blessing of Elusiveness, put on the Bonesteel Crown and the Shroud of the Avatar and note that your damage avoidance is 6.
