Dark Horizontal Lines on Overworld Map

    Title: Dark Horizontal Lines on Overworld Map

    Details: There are these repeating horizontal lines visible while moving on the overworld map. They're almost impossible to see while standing still. I took some video, but the quality when converted to a short gif is too low for it to be visible. I have a screenshot I tried to beef up in order to make them more visible. It may be an issue related to my monitor, which is a Cintiq 27HD.
    Does not appear inside of a scene.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Travel along overworld map; day or night...
