Dead Skeleton (flickering image) still standing

    Repro Rate: sometimes
    Blocker: No
    Details: Dead Skeleton (killed by other NPCs) still standing while image flickering. The image can be looted and will disappear. Observer at several locations:
    a) North Valeway Loc: (2.2, 32.0, -112.4)
    b) Solace Bridge Loc: (26.9, 37.3, -84.2) etc.
