    1. Title: Death Ray/Touch Death Resistance Debuff isn't working correctly
    2. Reproduction Rate: Always/Constant
    3. Blocker? N/A
    4. Details:
      1. Death Touch does NOT apply the "Death Resistance Debuff" as the spell description states.
      2. Death Ray DOES apply the "Death Resistance Debuff" but it does NOT stack 3x as the spell description states.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Cast them on a mob in combat
    6. User Specs: N/A
