"Deco Flip" Hotkey Not Working, Still Need "Start Glyph Combo" Hotkey to Flip Decorations

    noticed assigning a hotkey assignment Deco Flip did nothing, but putting the same hotkey assignment on the old "Start Glyph Combo" hotkey assignment still works for flipping deco like it used to.
