Deco & Housing Merchants in Resolute walk downstairs every time I enter the bank

    Title: Deco & Housing Merchants in Resolute walk downstairs every time I enter the bank
    Reproduction Rate:3 or 4 times out of that same number of times
    Blocker?No
    Details:The first few times I just thought it was their schedule, but no, it's happening every time. This time it's midday. It appears that something is triggering them to get up and walk downstairs, perhaps the opening of the bank door.
    Steps to Reproduce:Go into the bank in Resolute, and head upstairs.
