    Title: Rotate Deco Left/Right 45 rotates more than 45 degrees.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Using the Deco Rotate Left/Right 45 key while placing a decoration will cause the decoration to rotate more than 45 degrees.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
