Decorating with books question

    I see in Hometown, that some books are laying flat. Is this just dev magic or is there a way to do this with our looted books?

    With R you can lay them down, but some are bugged.
    Q/E to rotate.

    HOLY HECK! THIS IS AMAZING INFORMATION!!!!

    Thanks! Seriously! I had NO IDEA and thought they just were always vertical when a player places the books!

    I have to assume this works with weapons to?

    Unfortunately it does not work with every item. The devs have asked in the past, if you find one that cannot be rotated flat to enter a bug... but I have to assume it's not at the top of the priority list these days! :p

    I wish a semi-automated mechanism to place books right.I'ts a hell doing something as simple as putting 2 books together xD
