    Details: You cannot place any wall or ceiling items on the surfaces of the decoration version of the Rise Library.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to place a Wall Torch on any wall surface. Attempt to place an Iron Chandelier in any ceiling surface. You cannot.
