   Since the last release both the Blacksmith vendor (Ulrich Pendragon) and the Decorations merchant (Becka Cane) no longer respond to anything, so we can no longer buy crafting supplies from the decorations merchant, or sell to the Blacksmith in Northwood.
   
   Update: Also the Waitress Karima and the Inn Keeper Skroda do not respond.
