[Dev Review] Butchery - Missing recipe to process Coelacanth

    1. Title: Butchery - Missing recipe to process Coelacanth
    2. Reproducible: 100%
    3. Blocker: Blocks making food from carcass (are there even cooking recipes?).
    4. Details: There is no recipe to process Coelacanth, and it is not discoverable.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Unable to find the recipe on cooking vendors or discover the recipe at the butchery station.

    adding the four new lava fish butchery recipes for dev review, as i don't recall that we've been told they intend to make food from these.
