[Dev Review] Leg Sweep missing secondary effect for Polearm Spec & Duration unchanged

    1. Title: Leg Sweep missing secondary effect for Polearm Specialization
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Duration of Leg Sweep does not increase with Polearm Specialization. No secondary benefit for Specialization visible in tooltip.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use Leg Sweep and read the tooltip

    There is no secondary effect - not sure if this is intended, that is for dev review.

    As far as specialization not increasing duration, that is true, but spec adds the ability for a 6th stack to all glyphs. However, my observation is the 6th stack increases damage only, doesn't reduce focus cost or increase knockdown. Also for dev review.

    @ level 100:
    1 stack = 3 second knockdown
    2 stack = 3 second knockdown
    3 stack = 4 second knockdown
    4 stack = 5 second knockdown
    5 stack = 6 second knockdown
    6 stack = 6 second knockdown
