Has always done that in QA as far as I can remember. I usually just close that tab that opens and navigate to the proper forum to start a new bug thread. Then I just paste in the details that /devbug saved.

Yes, they tend to be a little tardy in remembering to change the forum link.

    I forgive them though. ;)

This is going to be under my duties now, so please allow me one or two releases of delay :).

Honestly, for the 1 week of QA testing, it's not really worth the effort to change the link. Having it correct for when the new release goes live is another story though. That one should definitely be done in a timely matter.

Don't let Daxxe fool you. :p It is good form to keep /devbug updated for the latest forum. Especially as we make plans for a certain level of QA server persistence. :)

(it's also good form to take the new bug forums out of what's new as they're created... hint hint)

Honestly, I always found that rather inconvenient... I like having the new bug posts listed.

But for the "Greater Good" and all that, I guess. :)

i'd be happy to have a combined page summary for each bug forum with all its underlings, but i think it should be separate.

Ah. I see what you're saying.

Don't enjoy seeing the flood of bugs in the What's New section? :)

I've tried to find a way to filter this from What's New, but it looks like it will require a plugin... we're looking into it!

Firelotus has done it in the past. I think it's been a two -step process, though: she made them, they were automatically added, and she manually removed each one. A pain for two sets of bug forums a month.
