Title: Did not get the Elixir Of Dread from the Oracle

Details: Just after the conversation started it closed again and it dit tell me what words to use. I think the conversation closed before It was able to pass the item. I've had it happen on other conversations where they closed automatically but was able to get the quest progression by restarting the conversation. With this quest the oracle doesn't detect me having the Scepter Of Dread and not having the Elixir Of Dread
Steps to Reproduce: Get The Scepter Of Dread, go to the oracle. Talk to Oracle. Check Inventory: no Elixir Of Dread.

Never mind i just looked up: The Elixir Of Dread drops with certain mobs so I could get another one technically

 

it does not. there is an npc in grannus colossus whom you can ask for another, but it is not a mob drop.
