Dig In & Torpor- Tooltip lackluster

Originally I was curious since it seemed like a nice and useful spell. But then discover it ends if I move. Annoying, and not part of the tooltip. Can it be marked for the tooltip needs work? For example, its an AE buff. Should I expect it to end if I cast something else? What if someone else moves, does it end for them?

Where is the description that indicates you self-stun for these effects and that the strength buff persists?

Chaos spells lacking descriptions cause Chaos fine, this is shields, feel this should be well explained in tooltips.
