Digital Purchase Issue from Online Store

Purchased Name and Gender Voucher for $25. Transaction went through.

Tried Emailing support@portalarium.com

Email kicked back saying "Address not found" with

"550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized. your IP has been found on a block list"

Uhm, how, its my personal gmail account, and I've had no issues before this?

Character name in game: Isothiendel trying to change to Iso (unless, that's unavailable, then leave as is).

Changing gender to Male, with long hair, moustache and a beard please, all black hair.

If this cannot be done, I'd like a refund then.

i talked to ravalox about the email problem

 

There is some issues with email, I've seen Rav and Tas talk about about it in our chat. But please just PM me and @Laney in a conversation here on the forums with your name change request, and we can work it that way until it's fixed. We get it changed Monday morning if you get the info to us by then.
