If that email didn't include enough information then your next course of action is to contact
support@portalarium.com

If support also didn't give you enough information as to the nature behind why your account was banned then you might want to send a PM to @Berek who is the community manager, in that PM include the reference numbers etc from the emails.

Just using your common sense, can a regular Hospital Genera Assistant be able to have the ability to do something like botting and exploiting. My friend is just a laymen in computer but he was accused of something that he knows nothing. I think the Banning system of our game must be flawed in some way.
