Do all npc merchants pay the same now?

Are there still npc merchants that buy certain items at better prices?

I checked all the places that use to buy weapons at a higher rate - Soltown, Owls head, Brittany Estates - and none of them are paying more. Anyone know when this changed and if there are any merchants out there that still buy at an increased rate?

 

it still works. i just offered the same looted spatha to the owl's head crafting merchant and the weapons merchant. one offered me 110, the other 138.

Thanks for pointing out that list @Anpu, i forgot durability played into it. I had compared 3 different vendors that all were paying the better amount and it threw me off.
