Douse uses xp when set to maintain

    Title: Douse uses xp when set to maintain
    Reproduction Rate: 1000% fr the case
    Blocker? No
    Details: I have douse at GM (not sure if that matters) and set to maintain. The douse skill is locked on the combat bar. Whenever I sue the spell, it pulls xp from the xp pool. Not sure if this happens if douse is a dynamic glyph.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Create a combat deck.
    2) Drag Douse from the skills list to the combat bar so that it is locked.
    3) Exit
    4) Switch to the combar deck with douse in it.
    5) Check the xp pool value.
    6) Watch the sp pool value and cast douse.
    7) The xp pool should decrease.

    @jiirc, if you have any water innates, or innates that level any time any skill is used (focus/subterfuge/tactics trees), set to train, they'll pull xp when you use douse even if douse is locked.
