Duke Dungeon Throne Room proposal

    This invisible (unless you enter) item shall go as replacement for the always visible originally promised custom heads.
    So as a compensation to the invisibility I would like to propose two adjustments:
    A special (scalable by lot size) dungeon entrance for placement on the lot, which is visible to anyone passing by. (Eventually 2 models, one for placement outside and one to place inside the building, like a Magnificent door to the throne room.

    As well adding the throne room to a dungeon should gain a fix bonus in dungeon points for that dungeon.
