Dungeon Entrance on Different Levels

Allow Dungeon Entrances to be placed on the 2nd story and upward rather than limiting them to the 1st story/outside. While the normal crafted Dungeon entrance is a crypt and it wouldn't make sense to have it anywhere but the 1st floor every Store Dungeon Entrance is a teleporter. Other than the basic "crypt" entrance I think the only reason we are currently limited to the 1st floor is because the system was designed around the Basement system. I could be wrong, just an assumption.
