    Title: Dungeon T junction disappeared after placement
    Reproduction Rate:??
    Blocker?100 granite down the rat hole
    Details: A crafted T junction was placed at the dungeon snap point at /loc. After relogging with main character and alternate, it is no longer visible or accessible. The T junction is not present in either inventory or the bank. Can you find it?
