    Title: Mesmerizing Melody becomes weaker as you gain adventuring levels

    Details:

    Mesmerizing melody loses "chance to mesmerize" as you gain Adventuring levels.
    At AL 124, my chance to mes at Skill level 101 is 58.3%
    At AL 128, my chance to mes at Skill level 101 is 54.3%
    At AL 132, my chance to mes at Skill level 101 is 50.3%

    I used the Town Devotional and an uncommon warlocks chain to do my tests

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Take note of current AL, take note of Mesmerizing Melody's Chance to stun
    Gain an AL (By gaining exp, equiping a warlocks chain, getting the Devotional "Blessing of Justice", or the Middle Downs 3 day blessing)
    Take note of current AL, and Mesmerizing Melody's chance to stun.
