The thought occurred to me about having dynamic encounters in scenes. For each mob area, there is a percentage chance of what shows there. Maybe 90/5/4/1. With the main being the standard mob, and the other percentages something else. How about a kobold hunting party in Tanglemire. Or elves. Or cultists. Or other creatures entirely. Maybe the 1% could be a wandering troll, or dragon.

An alternate could be a mob not associated with the scene appearing at a scene gate. Pathing to beyond the entrance area could be a problem.

Just a little thought to liven up the old scenes.

Many zones do have situational or random spawns, like the Swashbucklers in Twins Foothills, Blackened Clockwork Dragon in the Breach and so on. It's a rather fun part of the game, though I've also seen complaints that spawning rather difficult mobs in otherwise lower zones can be offputting (like can happen currently with Aether creatures). I wouldn't mind seeing the trend continue and even expand to give more excitement to various zones.
