Earthquake and no knockdown

    Details: In den description of the earthquake glyph it says: "Damages ground targets with a chance of knockdown, Earth Specialization increases duration of knockdown" but in the numberssection of the description a knockdown effect isn't mentioned and when you use the skill enemeys don't seem to get knocked down.

    Steps to Reproduce: use earthquake
