    Easter Egg (or perhaps a bit of humor with an adult theme)
    In The Necropolis

    This one was brought to my attention by @Spoon.

    In The Necropolis, find the octagon-shaped room. Once inside the octagon-shaped room, climb the stairs to the East and then open the sarcophagus at the top of the stairs (which is at location 87.772, 17.094, 559.926).
