Title: Edvard doesn't say anything after battle and Charlotte disappears

Details: After crossing the Bridge of Solace Bridge the hints say that we should talk to Edvard. Clicking on him starts the dialogue but Edvard doesn't say anything. And suddenly Charlotte disappears.
I can ask Edvard about help and he will give me the letter, so the story continues but Edvard should definitely say something after the battle.
And what happened to Charlotte?

He does... there's a whole sequence between he and Charlotte... and you should have a notice that says that you've successfully rescued Charlotte along with some XP. Was she near you when you talked to Edvard?

 

Yes. The only thing in the chat was, that Charlotte said: "We made it!".
Then nothing.

 

Kinda the same here; last night we rescued Charlotte and got the note saying we rescued here, but there is no dialogue between Edvard and Charlotte. She just vanished and Edvard then talks about her mother being in Soltown. Hard to know exactly where she is, since she is behind you as you approach Edvard.

 

@Browncoat Jayson , was Edvard recognizing that you saved Charlotte?

@Lord_Darkmoon , was Charlotte very far away from you? If you go back to the burning house, is she back on the second floor where you found her?

 

@Serafina Yes, Edvard recognized that I saved Charlotte. I know she was following me, as I saw her at the edge of the bridge. However, once I reached Edvard she was gone.

I did the opening quests last night twice. Both times, that second conversation with Edvard locked up with he was finished with his dialogue. The conversation tab in the chat box closed, but my mouse is locked - WASD keys are locked and I was frozen in the conversation. I had to escape out for the conversation to release.

 

@Justyn04 were you able to return to conversation after coming back and successfully complete the dialogue with Edvard?

 

got message about Charllote now in Soltown, speaked to her mother, but quest still in jornal, and I can talk about Charllote multiple times and get reward "backflip" again and again.

 

I've submitted the quest still being in the journal as a bug.

@Sir. Laurence Oliphant , do you mean that when you click on or type "backflip", she appears to be teaching it to you over and over? You can technically only learn backflip once, but is she responding to the keyword like she's never heard it before?

 

Yes, you can have her teach you Backflip as many times as you wish bugs in the new area where there really should be none

 

Yes @Serafina I could complete it, but it locked on me both times. Once I hit esc to close the convo everything was a-ok!

 

On keywords about Charlotte, yes, I got You learned "Backflip" every time after that!
