Edwin - after completion of quest, talking to him he repeats the start of quest

    Details: I completed the Edwin quest to learn to craft the leather helmet, and when I next talked to him he started the quest over again -- at least he said he was but it thankfully did not give me the quest to do again. He also had no memory that he did so.
