Edwin in Soltown keeps asking for 12 raw cotton...

    ..after I make the 2 spools of thread. There doesn't appear to be any way to give the thread to him in order to advance the quest.

    It's consistently repeatable for me. Every time I have enough cotton I make the spools of thread and he asks for more cotton.

    Blocks the "Create 2 spools of thread" quest.

    I did wake Edwin up during the red cloth quest but that quest seemed to go fine. Just the 2 spools of threads looping back to 12 raw cotton. Getting raw cotton is a pita so I'm giving up on this one.
    The quest to make 2 spools of thread never gets completed either no matter how many spools I make.

    Mac OS X High Sierra.
