Eels as rare catchable trophy bait & cooking ingredient

So, was just thinking. I really like the way the leech mechanic works in fishing, but the finale seems a bit... underwhelming. Blood leeches are nice and all, but if they do in fact add a bonus to catching sharks, I certainly have not seen the evidence, though I will admit I am not as experienced as some in this respect. I thought it might be nice if blood leeches could make some kind of rare cooking ingredient or a placeable trophy to make them more interesting, but then it occurred to me - Eels!

What if Eels could be added as another bait tier that could be above blood leeches, but also be a trophy fish in its own right with its own cooking recipe?

• The European Conger is an eel that can grow over 250 Barley Corns in length! (so, like a maximum size of around 3.0 AU). This would make a really cool hanging trophy maybe using thread instead of rope? (fetid and fresh water suffer from a lack of hanging trophy fish)

• Eels also make a great bait and fetid/fresh could use a bait as rare/functional as bait squid.
  • Looking at the catch rate of Blood Leeches, they aren't really any more rare than drudge leeches:

  • Anecdotally, I have never observed them to be more effective in catching sharks than herrings are, less so it seems, so maybe they could be changed to catch Eels more effectively? (Unless you guys are also considering Bull Sharks for fresh water and maybe looking at the math behind blood leeches?) - either way, Eels could be used to add further depth to the bait mechanic, and fresh water needs more large fish

• There are so many ways a Xenos or Ardoris inspired chef can cook Eel!
