Efficient Refine Materials

    Can someone explain what this applies to, because it doesn't seem to apply to all items crafted in that line. For example. I have my smelting up to level 93 with is +18.9% and when smelting iron and copper ingots I got a fair amount of crits where I got 2x the output. I just smelted glass sheets, close to 50 and got zero crits. While this may be unlucky with the RND generator I doubt it since when smelting both copper and iron ingots the skill continued to increase. While smelting the glass sheets no XP was added to the skill. Is this working as intended or a bug?

    I also noticed the same thing in the milling line, timbers added but when I milled boards it didn't add XP and no crits.

    Only the refining skills that are under the refining section of the crafting book.

    Thanks, more limiting that I thought but after checking the craft book that makes sense.
