elara solstar and wynston hocvla quest problems.

    wynston hocvla
    Area: Desolis (Novia_R4_City_Desolis) Loc: (-271.2, 119.4, -126.2)

    I turned in book 1 and 2 to elora solstar.
    each book i turned in i received 200 gold and 1,250 (base xp not modified)
    hit her up again as she said I could turn more books (i had copies of book 1 and 2)
    she called me an intellect and would not let me turn those in. ( figured that but wanted to test to make sure)

    From there i went over to wynston hocvla
    tried to turn in the books for his quest line (same line as elara solstar)
    his replies was the same as elara solstar after i turned in the books.

    end result 2 different quest's for the same items when you turn it in to one it counts as a turn in to both people yet leaving the quest open in your journal for the other npc.

    Ive now run into a bug (its Aug 4) where if you turn in all the experimental log books to the Dr. Wynsten Haevia, she no longer accepts your books and her quests disappears locking you out of learning the pontificate emote.
