Elven 2 Story Greenhouse Not Growing Correctly

    [​IMG] Title: Elven Greenhouse Not Growing Correctly
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The top floor of the 2 story greenhouse is growing at 2x the normal growing rate, as expected. The main floor of the greenhouse, though, is growing at 0.1x the normal growing rate.
    Steps to Reproduce: Just look at the growth rate on planting beds on the main floor.
