Elven Armor is lootable

    4. Details: I purchased the Elven archer armor using COTO's on the Elven Merchant in Vertas. I did this because I had purchased some COTO's from the addon store and wanted to test out the mechanics. Turns out the armor can be looted when you die in PVP or stolen. I know that all the addon store stuff is not lootable, but it seems that if you buy it in game with COTO's then it is? I purchased the one on the addon store as well to test and yes that one is NOT lootable.
