Elven Mage Staff Scrapping should yield Wood

    Was in an area, Crag Foothills I believe, and looted an Elven Mage Staff. Normal loot, nothing special. When I got home and salvaged it I got Metal Scraps??? How is it that a staff, which is crafted with all wood, yields Metal Scrap? Not even Wood and Metal scraps, just metal? Crafty Elves making wood turn into metal?

    Just saying...

    There are quite a few "bludgeon" weapons that should yield wood but instead give metal. Clubs are another one.
