Elysian Illumination Bugs?

    Title: Elysian Illumination Bugs?
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? no
    Details: Elysian Illumination continues to aggro targets after I die and the battle continues. They stand by my corpse and continue attacking and receiving damage until the spell wears off. I would assume upon my death, this "aura" should fade since it comes from me and isn't like a Fire Arrow which the target takes as a DOT and is attached to the critter. Also, not sure if this is intended, and I love that it does, but it also heals pets unlike other non taming healing spells.
    Steps to Reproduce: Be a wussy like me and die whilst having a target aggro'ed and this spell active.

    Was the spell following your ghost by chance? or stuck on your corpse?

    I believe it was stuck on the corpse, because the mob hung around the corpse both times (I die a lot hehee) at the corpse and continued to behave as if it were in combat. It was not following my ghost. (Polar Bear)

    Details: It maybe working as intended, but I have a problem with how opaque the spell can be. In some scenes I can't even see my character fighting, just a pillar of yellow in the middle of my screen.

    So another update.

    Well after I've fun from a mob and he's reset, I'm getting this message, as if the aura I put off acts like burning, and persists even when they're out of my range.

    "Elgarion attacks Fighter and is out of reach, dealing no damage from Elysian Illumination."

    I received this message 19 times.

    How is not seeing your character or what's going on, intended? I find the effect, depending upon my surrounding lighting, to be quite difficult for me to see anything as well. If anything, the player who casts the spell should see it as a reduced effect, and it can persist as bold for others so they know to rally to that point for heals. Blinding the healer, if intended, seems silly. Not to mention, those foggy type of lighting effects seem to cause a lot of graphical lag with my system. (Any system I've owned has always struggled with some fogs, some lighting effects, and definitely shadows. I can't image what the effect would be if I was in a large group with everyone spamming spell effects. My computer would blow up ;)

    same as with soothing rain, being blind is part of the balance for it apparently
