Elysian Illumination does not heal.

The damage effects do work, just not the heal.

EDIT: As Mac mentions below - this is actually healing, just no green numbers popping up, and nothing in the log. Please review and fix where needed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Cast Elysian Illumination
2) Observe that it does not heal

This was from before, and it was actually still healing, it was just not popping green numbers above your head nor was it getting recorded in the logs, but when tested, I was being healed by it. you can test this by having 2 decks with different gear, cast feedback and deckswap to hurt yourself, cancel the feedback and check your hp ticks. Then do this again with illumination on and see if you are getting bigger/more ticks.

I just confirmed it IS still healing, just not showing up. With the lag all those numbers cause, I prefer it this way, and he says does not heal, so I was just letting him now it does.

 

It looks like it is counting as an out of sync health regen and not a "heal" per se. I noticed that berserker stance counter acts this with it's health regen debuf
