Elysian Illumination Not Drawing Properly

    1. Title: Elysian Illumination Not Drawing Properly
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? ???
    4. Details: When Elysian Illumination is used in a Dynamic Slot it will not draw for 30 seconds even if it is the only possible card to draw. I've tested this with multiple copies. Each copy had its own internal CD of 30 seconds.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Set Elysian Illumination in a Dynamic Slot, stack deck until only Elysian Illumination can be drawn. Cast spell and it will not draw again for 30 seconds.
