    Details: elysian illumination is now causing the same lag effect as soothing rain, when affecting party members (extreme lag/low FPS/blinking effect icon under player's name)
    Steps to Reproduce: Form a party with 4-5 people, and cast Elysian Illumination on yourself so it affects them..
