Elysium - Swimming in air starting with level 2

    Title: Elysium - Swimming in air starting with level 2
    Reproduction Rate: ? (held persistent after leaving Elysium and going back in.)
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Starting with level two in Elysium, the avatar swims in air.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Go to location provided
    2) Continue down the ramp into level 2
    3) Observe: avatar is swimming
    4) Observe: avatar can be attacked but cannot attack back.
    5) Attempt to mine
    6) Observe: Well, mining works for some reason.

    Note: Appears to be connected to having the fleet flute equipped.
    Additional: There doesn't seem to be a need to use the fleet flute for this bug to occur.

    I was swimming in Sparrowfall when I had logged in also. Had the harp of invigoration equipped also.

    Yup, Fleet Flute (which doesn't seem to be working on the overland map)

    I was also swimming in Owls Head. If I zone out, unequip the fleet flute, then reenter then the swimming goes away.

    Might be connected to the + movement buff.

    This is even more fun than when Owl's Head said it was PvP flagged. :) Anyway, here's a video of the bug.
