once you complete the love line you can never talk to him again. it's as if he stops being a person. needless to say, lum's answer does not impress me.

I cannot remember where to get Akimbo and eat emote. Forgot to write it down....those are from R48 i think. Also the two from R49 arent listed. Truth Salute and Rake. Those need to be added to the list

 

Think it's a pledge reward (Royal Artisan Founder?) but teachable, so someone probably passed it on to you.

 

iirc Akimbo was the Hunter in the Hut in Highvale Outskirts.

Eat i do not remember but i'm sure it was one of the caretkers while doing the Spirituality Banner Quest.

 

neither /akimbo nor /eat were learned anywhere. they were given to everyone.

Great list, @Spoon ! Would I be correct in assuming the ones that don't have a specific release noted have been there since R1? Or are there some unknowns in there?

 

How does one learn the hug emote from Sheng Lau? any keywords?

 

@Spoon do you have plans to get your list updated! I like it much better for printing that the sotawiki. I printed it out around R37 and have been highlighting the ones I have. I will eventually have them all!

So I was going through the emotes that I hadn't yet collected, and noticed this one missing from my list. However, I couldn't find any information about where to obtain it. I know its part of the taming skill, but is this emote actually one that you can learn in the game? If so, where? If not, why! Sometimes you just need to be able to tell someone "Whoa, whoa, calm down."

The "Play Dead" emote: if you've already done the story and haven't gotten it, go back to Ardoris, not Necropolis, and talk to Kardan Marbane there. He'll just give it to you when you first talk.

 

I complained about this one a lot, it was removed from the game now we have taming. The emote looks great though and was fun to "tame other avatars" with it, I hope it will be added back one day.
