Enchanting Borked

I just tried to make up a huge batch of armor (87) pieces and got nothing but minors with a 109 enchanting and 101 alchemy. What happened this time? I did get less breakage but I am not even getting enchants close to the ones I always got at much lower levels.

 

Did you read the new release notes? It explains what has and has not been implemented in Release 38 and then you can suggest from there

 

Did you unlock the two new enchanting skills?

 

Unlock the two new enchanting skills and then get to level 32 and you'll start getting major enchants.

The changes are the opposite of a nerf as they increased the power of possible enchants.

 

Do you know roughly what the scaling of the stat enchantments looks like?

 

Interestingly, before 32 I was seeing Minor Int, at 32 it was just Int.
Do you know if there is a major Int as well at higher levels?

 

Roughly 6 dex/str/int for majors at level 50ish... puts GM at around 8 for majors.

 

Yes, major int starts at level 32... is twice as much as minor int.

 

What I mean is when the option comes up it doesn't say Major it just says "Minor Intelligence" or just "Intelligence" but higher up is there also a "Major Intelligence" so 3 options rather than 2?
