Enchanting durability bonus partly broken?

    I'm GM in enchanting weapons and enchanting armors.

    I have enchanted various items and have had problems with the durability enchantment. I made a shield that has +7,8% Weapon durability effectiveness, but it didnt raise durability and the same thing happened with a ring and I think with one fustian epic cloth helm.

    I havent tested them yet in QA.

    on enchanting is different to MW

    MW--> dura + 15 or +30
    Enchant -->dura effectivness bonus x,x% same like skill in tactics
